 Shiisa Quilts Bernina Sewing Center opened its doors in January 2008 with a full line of Bernina machines, an extensive line of Horn of America furniture, and 1000 bolts of high quality fabric. Our walls are filled with a large selection of current books, patterns, notions, giftware and note cards. You'll be sure to find that perfect gift or stocking stuffer for your favorite quilting friend!
We opened our doors as a full-service Bernina Sewing Machine Dealer and have the entire line of machines in our showroom. We have the newest Bernina embroidery software and the full line of accessories. If it's not on our shelves, we will special order it for you!
Our mission is to create an atmosphere that is conducive to creativity and inspiration through sewing. We are committed to continuing our personal staff education through training and classes on products, techniques and Bernina Sewing Machines so that we are informed in all areas of the business. Our products and equipment reflect our capability to do the job right and our willingness to be responsible for our work. Shiisa Quilts offers classes in a large well-equipped classroom. Classes range from "how do I turn this thing on?" to advanced classes for experienced quilters and embroiderers. Join one of our clubs for fun monthly activities, usually accompanied by food! Our classroom is also available during non-class times for groups of quilters or stitchers to meet together.
The wonderful staff members at Shiisa Quilts are experienced quilters, teachers, and designers. We love to see projects at all levels of completion, so bring in your tops and let us "ooohhhh and ahhh"! Bring in your finished projects and let us take a picture to post in our online gallery!
